Recent roles: Principal, O’Sullivans Patent and Trade Mark Attorneys; Director, Proteomics International Pty Ltd; previously Founder and Chairman of specialist IP management services company and Partner of WA’s largest Patent Attorney firm.
Prior to co-founding Capra, Martin was a Partner at Perth’s largest Patent & Trade Mark Attorney firm. Martin also co-founded a specialist IP management company and served as its Chairman and a Director until the end of 2006.

Over the last 15 years, Martin has developed a broad range of intellectual property management and commercialisation skills, and a broad understanding of technical development issues through his involvement in a range of technology projects across diverse industries from medical devices, drilling, smart hearing protection and software based innovations. Martin has assisted many companies by designing and implementing intellectual property management strategies that are mapped to their overarching business strategies and tailored to fully exploit the commercial value of the underlying intellectual property.

Martin is also a Principal of O’Sullivans Patent and Trade Mark Attorneys and a current Director of Proteomics International Pty Ltd; a biodiscovery company that also provides specialised products and services to the public and private sectors. He has a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Biotechnology and an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management. He is a registered Patent and Trade Marks Attorney and a Fellow of the Institute of Patent and Trade Marks Attorneys.
